Medical Insurance Billing

The Importance For Medical Insurance Billing

The use of universal coding systems accepted or required by the medical insurance industry and federal health care agencies is a major skill of the Medical Insurance Billing Specialist.

The Medical Insurance Billing Specialist profitably manages a medical practice's receivables by taking information from the patient's medical record, translating it into number codes, and entering it on to an insurance claim form or into a computer database.

The Medical Insurance Billing program meets from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
